A Driveway Permit is required to construct a new residential or commercial driveway; to install a temporary construction entrance; or to restore, repair, remove and/or modify any existing driveway improvements within or affecting the public right of way; to ensure the stability of the public roadway, sidewalk, curb, gutter, shoulder, and ditch improvements.
