The Avella Area Public Library serves Independence Township, Cross Creek Township, and Hopewell Township. Our library has over 600 movies that can be viewed free of charge. We offer OverDrive, a service that allows patrons to download e-books free of charge through the library website. Our collection includes over 500 audio books and 12,000 print resources for all ages as well as an extensive local history collection. The library offers internet access, meeting space, fax, copying assistance and free WiFi.
